You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of competitive manipulation
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Submit false payment proofs or fraudulent information
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Share or sell your account to others
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Impersonate other users, staff, or organizations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

5.1 Registration: Tournament registration is subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

5.2 Rules: All participants must follow tournament-specific rules and game rules.

5.3 Entry Fees: Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by CrackZones.

5.4 Prizes: Prize distribution is subject to verification of results and compliance with rules.

5.5 Disputes: All disputes will be resolved by CrackZones administrators. Decisions are final.

5.6 Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify participants for rule violations.

6.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on the platform.

6.2 Wallet: Your wallet balance can be used for tournament entries and other platform services.

6.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-7 business days, subject to verification.

6.4 Refunds: Refunds are only provided in cases of tournament cancellation or technical errors on our part.

6.5 Fees: Payment processing fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before transaction.

All transactions are final unless otherwise stated. Ensure accuracy before confirming payments.

All content on CrackZones, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by CrackZones or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform

8.1 By You: You may close your account at any time through account settings.

8.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• At our discretion for any reason with notice

8.3 Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Wallet balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

CrackZones is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrackZones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrackZones operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
